although they did not have the part we needed, the gentleman we spoke to was kind and very knowledgeable. this was our 5th stop looking for an irregular part, but this particular store was the first one where the staff actually seemed well-versed in plumbing parts and didn't mind going out of their way to help.
Great team effort, Jason and his guys were very customer friendly. The knowledge of the part I needed was spot on. Went home installed and AC unit was back up running. Thanks again.
