Love NE Pools! I’m always sad when the Canton store closes in Fall since it’s more convenient to me but love the friendly staff and both locations. The staff are really friendly & knowledgeable about keeping my pool in good shape & chemically balanced. I just got a new pool cover too & I’m very happy with it. Thanks
The woman who works here is so rude and unhelpful. We won’t be using north eastern for any of our pool needs because of the interaction with her today. Left the parking lot and headed to Atlantic pools.
