Caught them trespassing and dumpster diving. Maybe don’t use the company truck next time.
These guys are a joke. I dropped off a broken window, they tell me 1-2 weeks to get it fixed. I call a week later, they say nope another week. I show up the day they said it would be fixed, nope come back in 2 more days. Unreal. Meanwhile I have a hole in the side of a customer’s house and it’s below freezing at night and these clowns tell me it takes 17 days to fix a broken window. Never getting my business again.
