the doctor is very professional and nice person
Terribly unprofessional office. Incredibly disorganized and no consideration for their customers/patients. It is not often that I write reviews, but this place is absolutely terrible. I called to book an appointment (on dentist referral) for a tooth extraction in late May, was offered a consult-only appointment in mid-June. Asked if the consult and surgery could be done in the same day, they said yes, but needed to wait until late July. OK, no problem, booked the appointment. Called to make an appointment and with a rude tone was immediately placed on hold for +20min and eventually I hug up. Tried calling again and my call was never answered. Unfortunately this place was recommended by Brand Dental to assist in a tooth extraction but looking at the reviews seems like only old and white folks get the better treatment here...
