I recently hired this company for a full chimney inspection and masonry repair, and I’m very impressed with their work. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the chimney service with great attention to detail. Appointment made on November 18 2021 for wood stove cleaning. Technician removed the baffle on one wood stove stating it needed replacement and part needed to be ordered. Paid $645.00 for 2 wood stove cleanings. On December 28 no one knows anything about the address, the baffle or the wood stove!!! Not acceptable!!!

The technicians were polite and very thorough. Answered all of my questions about the flue.
This was my first time using Northeastern Masonry and Chimney I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was. He is very thorough and clean. I will defiantly be using all the time now
