Great experience. I signed up for annual service - once you find a reliable company for this or any service you stick with it. On their recommendation I'll be getting next year's chimney service in the spring (instead of fall as I did this year). Great Rec because it's cheaper - I appreciate not having to think about it (they'll call me in the spring) and saving a little money.
These are honest, very competent and great people. I have been a customer for years and they know what they are doing.
