I called the Wynantskill location and was advised $250 for a chimney cleaning, the workers were friendly but after it was done they without forewarning said the charge was $450?! I paid it because they were standing in front of me and I wasn't prepared to refuse. After they left we decided due to the bait and switch we would search for another chimney business, knowing what we know now we can't recommend, even if it's a honest mistake on their part it is poor communication within their company.
