I’ve worked with this company twice over the last five years and so immediately signed with them to do my new kitchen. It’s been six weeks since they templated my kitchen and two bathroom vanities and they took my stone for refabrication—and we can’t reach them! No updates, no return calls, can’t reach anyone in their office. Has anyone had contact with this company recently? I have been a granite installer and fabricator for 20 plus years. My parents just had a granite kitchen installed. I am not impressed at all. Quality must not be their slogan. My parents picked uba tuba and I quess the manager thought he had enough from an old job to do their kitchen. It’s called double dipping. When somebody buys granite, they basically pay for the whole slab. What’s left over from that slab they can sell again. He promised uba tuba but did not have enough left over.
