Clueless. They have a young woman taking up space there. My initial visit yielded no suggestions. I'm not the professional, but I had to come up with all the ideas. No suggestions from her. Many emails followed with me making drawings and asking her if such and such can be done. She would get back to me with what the manufacturer said. The last email pushed me over the edge. Initial contact was very good. Sales rep was helpful, what you would expect when spending $10K plus for kitchen cabinets. The follow up when some minor issues arose was very poor! We were missing hinges for on of the doors and it took 3 weeks to receive them. I purchased my cabinets in December 2023. My contractor installed them in February. It is June 27th, 2024 and I am STILL waiting for a shelf to complete the project! Very poor service. Excess material can not be returned as per their policy. They claim they are not homedepot. (That’s true because Home Depot will accept return without receipt and original packing material) I would not recommend purchasing anything from here.
