The whole company is clueless. Worst customer service ever. Undertrained employees. No one knows what they’re doing. They have a web site that half works and doesn’t tell you anything. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Clueless. They have a young woman taking up space there. My initial visit yielded no suggestions. I'm not the professional, but I had to come up with all the ideas. No suggestions from her. Many emails followed with me making drawings and asking her if such and such can be done. She would get back to me with what the manufacturer said. The last email pushed me over the edge. Initial contact was very good. Sales rep was helpful, what you would expect when spending $10K plus for kitchen cabinets. The follow up when some minor issues arose was very poor! We were missing hinges for on of the doors and it took 3 weeks to receive them. I purchased my cabinets in December 2023. My contractor installed them in February. It is June 27th, 2024 and I am STILL waiting for a shelf to complete the project! When my wife has called and spoke to the rep, there is always an excuse and placing the blame on the man... read more
