Can’t give zero stars or i definitely would! Don’t take anyone there who has a stroke level Bp, chest pain/tightness and shortness of breath and acid reflux. They won’t take u on back to get u triaged they will make u wait considering these r signs of a heart attack! The staff needs to b educated on emergency situations! It’s obvious they lack in that area!

I took my wife here because she was having a racing heart and she has thyroid problems and she went to the back and they refused to let me and our daughter to come back to be with my wife and then the dr came in and said her thyroid levels were low and she asked to be transfered to another hospital and they refused the dr said your under my care and I've never treated someone with graves disease he refused to transfer and was googling stuff about her graves disease and said were going to try some med to see if it works he re... read more

Dr had the worst bedside manner I've ever seen! Acted like he hated me and his job! I went in there last year thinking I had another kidney stone. The doctor sat next to my bed and made me explain to him why I thought it was a kidney stone because he didn't think it was. How about take a urine sample and CT scan like they have done the other 30 times I've been hospitalized ( I've had renal stints 4 different times, and have suffered most of my life). If I could give zero stars I would. In no world should it cost a person $200 for a doctor to READ a Covid test when anyone can read them. I would also like to note I took my son here previously and he was seen for maybe 5 seconds. They heard him cough and said he had croup and sent him home. The next day my son had 103 fever (nearly seizure level) and my husband took him to our pcp. Turns out he had RSV!!! Do better before you’re sued for malpractice. You’re lucky I didn’t.

ER is a joke. Lied to us telling us that it takes hours to read an xray. Rude nurses and very slow to respond. Not happy with this experience. Now they're telling people that the computers are down. Sitting in this ER has been a horrible experience. Zero stars
