I have been a patient for about 14 years. The quality of care has gone downhill for the last several years. I was told at my last visit that the nurse practitioner was going to consult with Dr. Reynolds and get back to me. Nobody ever did. I was sent for a 4 hour gastric emptying test and stool sample testing during that visit. It was April of 2024 and still have not heard about any of those tests. Seriously 😳. They have taken care of my entire family. Staff is very efficient, respectful. Facility is clean and runs like a well oiled machine. They offer payment plans. I highly recommend them. Special thanks to doctors Downey and Talenti, and P.A. Rebecca Rivardo for finally diagnosing my child correctly. We now have peace of mind. Thank you.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The gastroenterologist was obnoxious and dismissive, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Additionally, one of the administrative staff members was sarcastic. The provider I had been seeing is no longer with the practice. I cannot recommend this rude office and would advise others to look elsewhere if possible.

Considerate, efficient and accommodating. Tammy and Dr.Reynolds as well as the recovery nurses and CRNA were all very nice.
