The eye doctor part was very good. However, I ordered two pairs of glasses, one regular and one sunglasses. Spent close to a grand. It's been 6 weeks and one pair has been delivered, no clue about the other. Edited to remove my frustrated rant about their hours. My not being aware of those was my fault, not theirs.
My disabled father has lots of problems with his eyes due to extensive health issues. The staff is always rude. No patience, no empathy, no smiles. It’s such a disappointing experience every single time we visit this location. If there were other facilities available, we would leave immediately.
Following the failure of a nearby North Eastern eye institute, I sought assistance at my trusted North Easton location in Mt Pocono Harvest Lane, where I have been a loyal client for many years. The office manager Mindi efficiently addressed the issue, enabling my daughter to receive a new eyeglasses prescription. I want to start off by saying that I appreciate Dr. Kelly and her staff however there are SEVERAL areas which could use some improvement. For example; the main number - not being able to access the office directly. My son broke his glasses at school - yay back to school. There is no reason why it should take 3 phone calls; (the first being told I would get a call back in 30 min) the second to follow up; being told I MIGHT get a call back to then be on hold for 30 minutes, and then calling back to speak with a manager. BEST eye doctor , Dr Lindsey Kelley, I've had in long time if not ever actually! Really takes the time and care to help get my dry eye disease under control. Way better than S Florida! Highly recommend! And she was recommended by my doctor! Thanks for the great care!
