Northeastern Braces has been an great experience so far. The office is so clean, organized, and welcoming. The doctor and staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. The office staff is also very communicative and helpful, always keeping me informed and answering any questions I have. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!
We have been going to Northeastern Braces for 2 years and they are the best. Excellent customer service and they really take care of you. They are gentle and caring and they know what they are doing. No long waits we are always in and out. I would recommend Northeastern Braces to any and everyone. You would love the decision you made!

Giving 2 stars because the rest of the staff here is very friendly and helpful, but what I’m assuming is their office manager, isha in Newburgh needs to learn how to speak to people without being rude. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and a nasty tone of voice when I’ve been nothing but friendly is very unprofessional and uncalled for, be kind.
Great staff and very accommodating to all my sons needs. My son has been going for over a year and he looks great!
