Poor Service, Excessive Costs, Long turnaround I don't know what happened to this garage. They used to do good work. But my recent experience says otherwise. They took in my vehicle on a rush repair on 8/25. I called every day and got the same answer of they have yet to look at it. On 8/31 they finally give me a call. The mechanic has looked at it and tells me that he could have it done for 9/2 for $700 (gah! later found out that a dealer charges only $500 for the same service) I reluctantly said yes as long as they offered ... read more

Northeastern Automotive mechanics are very good. I was upset with them and generally upset with other things too. They have been so patient with me. In the past the work was always excellent and this time too -- even if I didn't realize it at first. The oil on the engine was old residue and has washed off. They have kept my 1997 car running great and I regret any hard time I have given them. They are good mechanics and I was in error thinking badly of them. I hope to continue doing business with them in the future.
