I brought in a kitchen window to have the glass replaced. They measured it. I took the window home because they needed to order the glass. Weeks went by without hearing from them, I called, they said they didn't have the glass in yet and they would call me when it did. Weeks went by again, so I called again, they took my name and number and said they would check if it was in and call me back. This happened 2 more times and I still haven't heard from them.
We hit a turkey on our way down state. Called up Van Wert and they had us fixed and on the road in 2 hours with very fair pricing!! Amazing guys, amazing service, amazing job! Highly recommend.
These rookie are awesome. Very polite and respectful. I had an issue with my insurance and we worked together on getting it solved. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their auto glass repaired. Thank you Aaron for all your help!
