Matt did a great job of installing our new patio door. Everything was great up to the point where we noticed the next day that there was a northeast window sign in front of our house. Since when is it practice to post signs without the home owners permission. Being we have an H.O.A. we could have been fined. Don’t look for the sign. It’s in the trash. Not happy about that
Dealing with NE Windows was as easy as it gets! They kept me informed of the time frame of delivery and installation of a sliding door with transom and the timing was on target.Their work was meticulously executed along with the cleanup of old slider. they also replaced the weather stripping of our doors while waiting for certain parts to arrive!Very happy with their work and would use NEWINDOW again if needed!
