We had 2 windows replaced. Very professional from beginning to end. Rich (our sales person) was consistently available to address any issues. Installation was clean, efficient and fast. Very satisfied.
Best customer service and workmanship I have experienced. I hired them to put in a high quality sliding glass door. There was a miscommunication and the door slid the opposite way that we were hoping for. They came and replaced the door, at no cost to us. They were kind and wonderful communicators every step of the way. I would encourage everyone to use Northeast window and door. We are very grateful and will use them for all of our projects in the future.
What a GREAT business! The people who worked on replacing my windows were FANTASTIC! They worked non stop, cleaned up everything, vacuumed, removed all window stickers, and washed each new window. I would DEFINITELY recommend Northeast Window Inc. to anyone who is looking for replacement windows. From the initial visit to the final completion, everyone that I worked with was SUPERB!
