(2025) Contacted Northeast windows to replace smaller windows with larger windows, from start to finish these guys were amazing we purchased the 500 series and they are awesome from the locking mechanism to the tracks they glide on great quality we give this company 5 stars great quality window !
Garbage company.
We had a contactor replace all our windows .There is cold air coming through every one. My bathroom window I had to put a wash cloth in it to keep out cold. Called our contactor who ordered from Northeast still waiting for representative to come out and check them . Our old windows were 30 yrs old and they didn't leave cold air in like these. I had ice on my bathroom window to.
