Overall wonderful service. Pove our new windows!
Great company! The installer did a superior job removing the old window and through wall air conditioner. He prepared the area and installed the new window. the new installation was done quickly and professionally.
I had 9 windows replaced. I'm very satisfied with the whole process from the salesman to the actual replacement. I would recommend them to anyone.
The man who came to our home to replace the broken burglar safety latch was so very professional….yet so very kind, caring & greeted me with a big smile on his face. I wish I could remember his name…feel so badly about that! He replaced the part with ease & left with a warm goodbye. What an awesome gentleman! So very happy we chose Northeast Window to replace all our windows & sliding doors. Wonderful family owed business.
