these people are very rude as hell I called them to have one question answered they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then they hung up on me so incredibly unprofessional I would not recommend them

This team knew what to do when the vertical drain stack in my 3 family was leaking. I was preparing to put it on the market so time was of the essence. They opened walls and removed all wet debris to allow the plumber to see where the line was broken. When repaired they replaced floors, ceilings, vanities & painted to better than original all within three weeks. I woke at 4:00 AM to water dripping from a pipe above my kitchen ceiling through a cabinet. I spent the first hour grabbing pots to catch the water and soaking up the floor and counter with towels. I then went online and called 3 companies. Tom at Northeast got back to me in about 30 minutes and was at my condo at 7:00 AM to assess the issue. I came home from vacation to find a pipe in my kitchen ceiling had burst and wrecked everything. The plumbers I called recommended Tom at Northeast Water Remediation. He was great - he handled EVERYTHING. Getting the ceiling taken down, sprayed for mold, pipe repaired, electrical replaced, ceiling put back up, walls painted. My basement bedroom suite flooded during that last deluge of rain that Boston got. Tom was quick to respond. His crew fixed everything in very little time. He was kind and understanding during the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
