These idiots sent me a bill for a due date of the 16th of November, but came today the 12th and put a lock on my meter and are charging me a fee that shouldn't even have been there. Each time I come in and pay I pay well over the new amount always leaving a balance. They came out & dug up my front yard between the road & my meter. Left the biggest mess ever!!! They told me they would be back with top soil to re level my yard., seed it & put down straw. I don't know if they even put down grass seed. But they did throw down straw on top of the mess that they left. Which my whole yard is full of rocks now & there's no way possible I could mow it.
