I absolutely love all the staff at this office. They are all very professional, courteous. Dr. Trottier was very thorough, listened to my concerns. I would absolutely recommend this office to any of my friends and family. When I went to pick up my glasses they were perfect, I didn’t have to bring them back and have any adjustments. No complaints at all.
I have been under the care of Dr. Parenteau for many years. Her associates are all very kind and professional. The office has beautiful eyeglass frames which they are always updating and are in different price ranges. Marika has always been there when I have had some eye issues and she fits me in. I feel blessed to have their excellent care.
I've been a patient here for 25 years and have always been taken care of very well by Dr. Marika and her team. From routine eye examines, to having unexpected problems with my vision and getting debris in my eyes, Marika does a great job and truly cares about helping you. Thank you!
They do a good job if you’re able to actually see them. I’ve been trying to see them since 2019 but they keep losing my appointments and having to schedule another 6 months later. I made an appt for May 6th of this year, I went, and they said they didn’t have an appointment for me, so I rescheduled for today, September 14th. Months go by and I go to my appointment once again just to be told that they never scheduled it. Now I have to wait until March. Reviews say they are very accommodating, however they won't see any new customers for 6 months. Hard to believe they are so busy that they can't find 30 minutes.
