Advertised they have parts. Ordered the parts. Email arrives the next day saying they don't have the part, with a refund that will take time to process. I don't think they are malicious- just lazy and sloppy with their inventory. Don't waste your time ordering online with these people.
Politely called and asked if it was ok to ask a few questions. Sounded like an older guy, asked about some sizes and he proceeded to help but just gave me an answer you can clearly see on the website. The next question i asked was a bit more specific and he then, “Yeaaa i dont know, ok thats enough i got to go”. Didn't know all it took was 2 questions to not receive the help and services that they offer, i was planning to go ahead and purchase with them if i couldn’t find what i needed local. Great place for Honda Trail parts. I haven't been in person but ordering from them online went smoothly. The parts shipped right away and were as described, most were even NOS. Parts were good quality.
This place delivers excellent product in a timely manner. There is not many small businesses around like this anymore. I love them.
