Giving one star because i can't go lower. The vet that saw our pup was great and unfortunately we had to have him put to sleep. It was after we have received his remains that the stars fell off. Upon arriving home we opened the bag only to find out that he was in a plain brown box and not the urn we have selected. When contacted about the problem we were instructed that it was our responsibility to call the crematorium and hung up on. We talk our dog here when it was the last option to have him seen after he consumed a plant that he shouldn't have. The receptionist was the absolute worst. She was far less than kind to us from the minute we arrived. At one point she clapped her hands at us and told us she couldn't handle dealing with us. On top of that it was $300 to simply sit in the waiting room for a minimum of a 4 hour wait that does not go towards the ultimate cost of the visit AND we were told if we stepped foot outside the building we would be taken... read more
