Had a great experience here! Walked in around 830pm for my injured hand and I was lucky to be accepted as the last patient with no wait time. Facility was clean and spacious. The physician was quick and pleasant with intake and Laura, the nurse practitioner, was patient, kind, and gentle when examining my possible fracture. I was in and out with my Xray requisition within 20 mins.
Not helpful, not compassionate. I had a lot of fear and anxiety about an injury, and I didn’t even have a minute with the front desk. I checked the wait time, but they weren’t accepting any walk-ins.
You HAVE to get here early and all that's a pain. Insane that we have to take off a day to get medical attention then wait the whole day. But once you do the quality of care here is stellar. I found admin staff, nurse, and doctor all professional. The testing I got referred to was extensive, the consent with which the doctor and nurses conducted body exams was so respectful, and the medical explanations by the doctor and nurses were very thorough. Incredible quality of care.
Messed up my case so bad from diagnosis to paperwork. I wasn't able to get help anywhere else after ...time before that I saw a nurse Google how to put on basic dressing..but they do offer chest feeding! Priorities might be a bit more political and not medical!
