Dr. Jenn is wonderful! I was in pain and she took me in as a new patient and stayed late on Friday to help me. Immediately she took an x-ray and diagnosed my issue. She treated me with massage, table manipulation, electric stimulation and taping, all in that hour. She suggested home therapies including exercises, a perfect over-the-counter medication, ice and gave me a stim device to use at home. I’ve been coming to the Lincroft location for a few months now & I have had the best experience. Ashley at the front desk is so patient & friendly, always smiling. Alex Ragusa who is my PT has gone above & beyond to help ease my pain, she pushes me to recover from my injury and is always there to walk me through each step! She is the best! The team at NorthEast in Lincroft is clearly "off the charts". An extremely positive energy environment starts when you walk through the door and are greeted by Ashley who seamlessly manages your experience from soup to nuts.
