The entire Aberdeen staff is truly exceptional. The clerical staff is warm and friendly, treating both new and existing patients as a close friend. The professional staff provides all inclusive physical evaluation, testing, & treatment and charts a patient's progress throughout their rehabilitation process. Chiropractic and/or physical/occupational therapy is tailored to the individuals needs and adjusted as needed on a regular basis. Great staff
After making arrangements to have time off from my job, I was disappointed due to the secretary’s inadequacy to do hers. I booked the appointment a week in advance. The app indicated that the office accepted my insurance. It wasn’t until I arrived to my appointment, that I was notified it was not. There were no calls, voicemails, nor emails stating that information. Once the secretaries finished their conversation they finally decided to “help” me. I have been going to Northeast Spine and Sports Rehab in Oct 2024 for almost three yrs. I've been getting chiropractic treatments from Dr Jeff and he has helped me, also my husband has been going for chiropractic treatments from Dr Jeff and he has helped him also.Dr Jeff is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He knows everyone is different and has different treatment needs. He listens to you and cares about his patients.. Everyone at Northeast Spine and Sports Rehab is very friendly and helpful!!!!
