I would give a zero rating if I could because that's the accountability they have 0. Had George and his staff of monkeys do a rear brake job consisting of pads,rotors and calipers. All was fine until I noticed I had no parking brake. After looking in the back seat I noticed a box of parts, you guessed it, my parking brake parts. There is no reason to remove the parking brake to do a complete brake service. Family owned business, a lifetime of experience! Found a problem that the dealership and another mechanic looked at twice each and couldn't find. I only wish they were located closer to me.
The mechanics did an emergency same day repair on my Prius quickly,efficiently, and cheaply. Highly recommend.
Vacationing in area. Had brake problem with grinding, scraping noise. Sounded like worn out brake pad. Expected $600-1000 in brake work. They removed a small stone and charged me $25. Honest shop.
