We canceled our contract with Cunningham and took our business elsewhere after our furnace was off for the entire month of February 2018 and we received no notification about this from Cuninham who insisted that the low temperature sensor was working properly. My conclusion was that we were paying for monitoring we were not receiving.
Feeling very secure! Had been having trouble recently with my cat tripping the motion detector in the basement. Hadn't happened before. Nonetheless, my pet generated a few consecutive "alarms" recently. Northeast came out....three times.....to tweak the system, then replace the motion detector with one that'd not register a ten-pound cat's movements. Very prompt, diligent, and true to their warrantee. Thank you, Northeast Security!
