I had just purchased my first home, anything roof related was new, unfamiliar territory for me. Richard arrived right on time and was very polite. He inspected the roof for me and educated me about what I had going on up there. We needed a better solution to our homes attic ventilation than what our roofer applied 10+ years ago. Richards recommendation replaced our original fiber material style under the ridge shingle with the latest technology vent. Looks great especially from curbside. No more ventilation problems. I recommend North East Ridge Vents highly.
