the staff at NER cedardale are great, i always leave feeling better in mind and body than when i came in, very layed back atmosphere and positive conversation, i highly recommend to get yourself back in order after a surgery or a fall, thanks
I tried another place because Northeast was booked so I have a comparison. The other rehab was all about the money. Up to ten people being handled by one PT with a few assistants. Northeast is well run and professional. They'll provide you with the tools to advance quickly if you pay attention to the at home exercises. I highly recommend.
The incompetency of their intake company is ridiculous, I have given them my insurance information at least 5 times, are you kidding me? I even called and left the information on her voicemail, and I repeated it twice! Monday morning 8am, not only do they wake me up, but to ask the same stupid questions for like the 50th time. I have pain that keeps me up half the night, I even filled out paperwork. I went Friday, the person evaluated my injuries and not even a heat pack or ice.
