Visited a resident to do a Hospice 101 Immediately entering the facility, we were greeted with a smile and a welcome hello from The receptionist The, admission department were very informative and received as well Facility, Social Worker, supply us with all the documents we needed. at the Nurses station was introduced to the Resident nurse very informative, And welcoming The staff at Northeasth Rehab, and Nursing.
