The doctor was pleasant but the STAFF SUCKS. When they return a phone call a week later it’s with an attitude and FOR WHAT??? Y’all need to retrained on how to talk to people
The doctors and staff of this practice are phenomenal! Dr.Kline takes the time to explain things to you and works with you for a treatment plan. The front staff is so nice and welcoming. The medical assistants are also very polite, understanding and knowledgeable. Even when calling and leaving a message they get back to you quickly! Would recommend this office a thousands times over for anyone dealing with chronic pain. Thank you so much for everything that you guys do!
My biggest regret of the day is not listening to all the bad reviews that say these people are predatory and nasty. Just rude.
Left a voicemail 6 days ago for dr.pande and never got a response tried calling several times again and no one answers
