the ONLY reason I would give this hospital a 5 star rating is because of Dr. Jess Caine. She is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, provides outstanding medical care & something that is very important to me as a patient, she has a sense of humor. This is something that brings me comfort in an uncomfortable situation & you can't put a price on that.
