I visited the ATSU Medical office. Staff is very caring and friendly.
Friendly and answered all my questionns
Went in to get shoulder checked out, after falling and landing on my shoulder. Fell at least 8ft landing on shoulder. Was in severe pain, asked for something to help the pain… heavens no one a script. Just given a shot for pain. While waiting for X-rays!! I am not a drug addicted person and I was denied! 6 weeks post still in severe pain. Paid my copay, was not worth it!
Ridiculously poor care ER is nothing but a bad joke
