The people that work here are great five stars to them, but their billing department is run by the mob in chicago, we were here almost a year ago to have a baby, and as we were self pay we went with the "baby bundle" which is supposed to be a set price for the hospital, and you just pay the doctor besides that. We paid our bill before we left the premises and I double checked that this is all we owed and was promised that it was. 6 Months later (!) we got another bill in the mail that just said "nursery" without any details ... read more

I had a great experience if there's such a thing at a hospital for hip replacement, My Nurses were great, my surgeon was great. So I'd say no complaints

I had a scheduled appointment for 6:45 AM. They told me where to go when I arrived. I showed up at 6:20 AM and could not find anyone to check me in. Multiple people there, but they all said their check-in booth was closed. I Spoke with multiple employees trying to get checked in. After finally getting checked in around 7:30 AM, I got moved to Radiology for my appointment. Everything went well from that point. The hardest part was trying to get an employee to do the check-in process
