I’ve been taking my son here to the Morristown location for about a year now the staff is great and Dr. Mahalingam is a great doctor!
Had an appointment scheduled and they called me the day before and told me insurance wouldn’t cover it even though a woman specifically told me that I would not have a problem my next visit. Then I talked to a woman at the desk who proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong and raised her voice at me very unprofessionally. Her name was Gabby. I refuse to go back here or take any of my family here. One of the worst experiences I have had to deal with, especially at a drs office.
Nobody answering the phone all week. Nobody returning calls all week. 3 calls and messages left with no response. Very prompt returning messages through the patient portal so I'm back to that, even though they respond asking me to call in.
