I have used NER for years, but they have gone downhill! I made an appt for a CT scan in Danbury and was told I could stop by any location before the appt to pick up the barium drink🤮. The day before my appointment, I received a phone call with NO voicemail. So, when I received a text message a few mins later, asking me to confirm my appt., I figured that's what the call was about. The MRI imaging is so blurry that my oncologist cannot conduct an analysis. He and his office said that they are the blurriest, most low-quality images they've ever received from an MRI and are pretty much useless - they cannot see anything. This MRI was supposed to help classify what type of tumor I have, but instead, I now have to get a repeat MRI done elsewhere - further delaying my diagnosis. BEWARE THEY DO NOT PRINT PREGNANCY ULTRASOUNDS! my OB office couldn’t fit me into get an ultrasound at their office so I was sent here instead. Booking was easy and ultrasound tech was very nice, but I was never told until the day of the ultrasound I wouldn’t be able to get a printout (so unfortunate especially if it’s your first pregnancy).
