I had used NER in Brewster for years, and always had adequate care. That office closed, and I recently had a CT coronary calcium score, then a series of MRIs done at the 67 Sand Pit, Danbury facility. The office staff is very helpful and warm. If I could give 10 stars, I would Had to reschedule 2 times because of the snow. They made it so convenient to fit into my time schedule. Had an MRI done, Joe the technician doing the MRI was phenomenal! He made me feel comfortable from start to finish. He talked to me during the MRI telling me timing on each session and to make sure I was ok. It was in a trailer outside which I was a little skeptical at first, but actually ended up being the most comfortable MRI I have ever had done. I asked for my results and Joe assured m... read more
Waited over an hour just to get called back.
This was a wonderful place to get an MRI. The technician was very kind. Check in was very easy and friendly.
