Professional, caring staff, prompt, courteous and just plain wonderful people. The main entrance “threw me” for a moment since I had always visited Brewster,NY location which has since closed.
My granddaughter needed an MRI with contrast. The office cancelled and rescheduled the appt several times. Even changing locations. My granddaughter is very afraid of needles, but was premeditated and felt she could do this. She related to me that the radiologist, Dr. Lee, walked into the room, did I introduce himself, just put a drape p er her back and head and proceeded to try to do the Injection. If he had shown just a little empathy for someone so frightened, explained what he was going to do, she would have been ok. But... read more
