My husband and I went to the clinic today for our baby’s first ultrasound. We had been looking forward to this moment for so long, and unfortunately, the experience was completely different from what we expected. The woman who attended us was extremely rude and unprofessional. We did not get to hear our baby’s heartbeat, which was something we had been so excited and anxious to hear. Able to fit me for a next day appt! Place was pretty easy to get to off the exit without a lot of traffic. Staff was very nice and considerate! Quickly taken in for test.
Only gave a 3 star review because the radiologists are great. A woman at the front desk has absolutely no care of checking in patients. She just ignored you until she felt like finally dealing with you.
Horrible customer service, the girl at the main desk calls you with her hand, she doesn't even say " may I help you or something" and once you are the desk she doesn't even greet you as good morning or whatever. I told her " good morning, I don't have an appointment, I'm a walk-in for x-ray" she didn't even look at me and said last name, I said I don't have an appointment and she just stared at me. So rude!!! I gave her my last name and she said "you don't have an appointment" I think she doesn't understand English very well... read more
This center was on time and took the time to answer my questions. The technician was very polite and helpful. I was done and back in my car 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
