I have the most awesome care team, Debbie and Neldra forgive me I misspelled your name. They actually take the time to listen to the patient and explain what the plan of action should be. Not only that they make sure you understand the treatment. I’m very greatful for the team I have
Very unprofessional, after calling to verify that they would take my insurance, I took time off work and went to my appointment just for them to tell me that they "apologize but there was a mistake and they don't take my insurance". A waste of time.
I had made an appt back in December with this facility. I originally wanted a well womans exam but was a new patient and told i couldnt just get that, i had to be seen first for consult. I dont have insurance so this is all out of pocket. After the less than 5min visit. I was told i had to schedule bloodwork and then a seperate appt for the reading of the results and THEN i could schedule my well womans. I normally never leave reviews but this is the worst DR. Office I’ve ever been to in my life I go for my annual physical to see Mrs.Debbie which was fine but afterwards the prescription was incorrect and her medical assistant never answers the phone for 4 days I was told to contact my insurance while my insurance told me that I was approved for the medication they just sent over the wrong one my frustration comes from not receiving a call back after leaving a voicemail And the attitude that I got when I called the front desk... read more
Dr Debbie and staff are amazing. We absolutely love coming here. Everything is thorough. Well explained you leave the office understanding and you never feel rushed amazing bedside manner from the nursing staff as well as the doctors. So glad we found this place. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
