My husband brought our lawnmower here in the spring and we received almost no communication on what was going on with it or when we could expect to get it back repaired. Didn't get it back until late August and the engine was returned as "fixed" but parts fell off immediately and it's still unusable. Awful service, find someone else.

We recently had our riding mower repaired by Ryan at Northeast Power Equipment in Epsom, NH. He did it in a timely and professional manner, and we would highly recommend his shop to our friends and family members in need of quality repair service.
Horrible best describe this place. Put me off at 3 weeks and picking up my machine and repairing it. Does not answer the phone does not return messages. And doesn't show up when he makes an appointment 2 weeks in a row. Useless
