Pros: Were available to come out and evaluate and remediate fairly quickly. Cons: 100% up front payment based on an estimate that I was told would be compared to actuals. Ours estimate was clearly overestimated based on the actual number of hours worked and the crew not using any PPE that was charged. There were also two fans that stopped working for at least a day, and no credit for that either. Terrible experience. They dried the basement, but charged almost twice their initial estimate. Very misleading about insurance reimbursement and initial quote. Charged $800 to have a guy come twice and spend 10 minutes each time measuring humidity. Charged $100 to dry a rug that they threw away. The list goes on....
