This past couple years I lived at this property and as a single mother of two the ofc mgr Ms Ruth and both Chico and Clevis helped in every way possible when needed. Very calm, quiet and friednly neighbors.

They got one small swimming pool always stay close I didn’t even see one time it opens At this hot summer sometimes AC went off

I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled by the property manager. I called the office to report that there were two puppies confined in a kennel on a back porch in extremely hot weather with no visible access to water. I began by asking how many units were on the property because I was trying to provide enough information to identify the apartment in question. I lived here for 9 years. In the beginning it was a nice place and well kept by the manager. When the property got bought out in 2021 it continually went down hill. I would like to give great praise to Chico, the maintenance man, he was always helpful and the only positive thing in the complex. I lived on the 1st floor and I consistently had upstairs neighbors with absolutely no consideration for noise. No use complaining as it does no good.
