I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled by the property manager. I called the office to report that there were two puppies confined in a kennel on a back porch in extremely hot weather with no visible access to water. I began by asking how many units were on the property because I was trying to provide enough information to identify the apartment in question. I lived here for 9 years. In the beginning it was a nice place and well kept by the manager. When the property got bought out in 2021 it continually went down hill. I would like to give great praise to Chico, the maintenance man, he was always helpful and the only positive thing in the complex. I lived on the 1st floor and I consistently had upstairs neighbors with absolutely no consideration for noise. No use complaining as it does no good. Roaches, rats, stray cats, loud inconsiderate neighbors. Music & hanging out throughout all times of the night almost every weekend, especially in the summer time. Water issues, & unprofessional management gaslighting & lying constantly. The walls are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors snoring, farting, sneezing, coughing, walking across floor, & using the toilet & shower.
