We were in need of quick turnaround at Heritage Home Service to winch out a fork truck that got stuck in mud. Northeast was here in 30 min as quoted and did a wonderful job. Price was ok as well. Nice work NTS!
My Wednesday morning was almost ruined by a flat tire on Rt. 101. With my family out of town, I had to rely on a friend to pick me up, bring me back home for another set of wheels. But AAA and NE Performance saved the day. They promptly towed me in, quickly ordered me a replacement tire to match the others, mounted & balanced it, let me know the minute it was ready. Recently took my Dodge Cummings to Northeast performance diesel, for an oil change, and to tighten the parking brake. No surprises, they did the work, and at a reasonable price. And always enjoyable, to catch up with Jackie and Ben, at the shop…
Had my diesel pickup truck towed to their shop and was told upon the first week of being there they would give me an estimate to put it back together. First week passed and I heard nothing so I called and they said they were busy which is understandable, I continue to wait and wait. 3months go by and I didn’t hear anything from them about the estimate or if they had even looked at my truck.
