Reading these reviews, after my 1st call to this facility that was extremely disappointing, I will be asking my child’s doctor for a referral to a different facility entirely. My experience was with Sue over the phone, seems like no one has customer service skills at Atrium. I called because I got a referral here from my child’s PCP, I was waiting on hold for 10 minutes, Sue answers the phone and says “Can I place you on hold?” I tell her “I was just on hold” she replies “ok, thank you” and puts me back on hold, no acknowled... read more
My appointment was at 1:00 pm, I arrived 15 mins early as that’s what they request, it says on a paper hanging up if you have been waiting for over 10 minutes after your appointment time let the receptionist know, it was not until 1:40 someone came out for my daughter. I drove over an hour to bring her here, and was there from 12:45 until 1:40 waiting for my 1:00 appointment all for it to last 20 minutes, super unimpressed.
Highly recommend taking your child somewhere else. They canceled my appointment for my child less than an hour before arrival time for a question that I inquired about on MyChart for my child. If they had any type of clinical background they would have been able to place the picture together, instead they cancel without me being able to explain that my child was healthy and able to attend his appointment. There is no compassion here. Highly recommend looking into a private facility
