The dentist is a little intense, and some folks within the office staff that are less than kind and helpful (details below). This isn’t a fit for us. Office staff was catty and defensive about a billing error, and did not work with insurance to see if it could be resolved before billing me for the balance. When I called the insurance company, it was a simple error that was easily resolved, but I would have paid a large sum out of pocket had they not been made aware.

This group is fantastic for your pediatric dental needs. Everyone is very caring and patient with the little ones!
