This was our first appointment with Dr. Pauli and it was a wonderful experience. The office staff were very helpful and kind, and the nurse took the time to make us feel like we weren't a burden (which isn't always the case). Dr. Pauli took the time to get to know us and talked my son through everything he was doing for the well check. Overall, the entire appointment–from walking in the door to checking out–put me at ease with switching pediatricians.
Dr. Pauli is thorough, we don’t feel rushed.
I love taking my babies to Dr Kiem, she is the best!
