Kendyl at the front desk has consistently been difficult to interact with. On multiple occasions, she has seemed impatient when I asked questions and appeared frustrated when I needed clarification or had to repeat myself. As a parent, I don't always know the specific medical documentation or requirements needed for pediatric care, and I would appreciate a more helpful and respectful approach when seeking guidance. First time at this location. After appt was scheduled you can not reach front office staff here. You continue to be transferred to Castroville who then puts me on hold to reach the staff here. But when I arrived no phones were ringing, no one was on the phone. It's like they turned off the ability to reach this location directly. Also, multiple people, assuming medical assistants, were wearing college everyday attire or college scrubs. If they are students they should identify themselves as such. Highly recommend avoiding this place I tried to take my son in to have his first ADHD appointment I was told by their office staff you have to bring him in for something else first we cannot see him for ADHD on the first visit. When I explained he does not need to come in for anything else he is not sick I was told to lie and say he has a cough or something to get him. This is a complete insurance fraud why would I bring my son in with a false sickness just so they can create another appointment and Bill my insurance.

I have been with Dr Pauli since 1999, when he first started practicing. I am his biggest fan! So when we lost insurance due to a job loss-I wanted to ensure my last kiddo could stay with Dr. Pauli. *Brittney at the Stone Oak office was a life saver! They do not answer he phone or pick it up and hang up on you. IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone. I would NEVER bring my kids here.
