Dr. Da Ponte recently extracted all four of my wisdom teeth. I have been putting it off for years because I’d never had surgery, so I was very nervous. Thankfully, Dr. Da Ponte was very reassuring and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible while undergoing general anesthesia. Her assistants were amazing as well. They were all so sweet and had amazing bedside manner. I cannot possibly recommend Dr. Da Ponte enough! She’s truly amazing!
While Dr. Da Ponte did very good work with the surgery, I have been dealing with billing issues since the surgery in November 2020. If I had not paid close attention and did not continue to follow up with this office, I would not have gotten any of my refund. I called 3 months after the surgery for the receptionist to say, oh yeah we owe you money. So I received a refund to my credit card for less than half of what I was expecting with no explanation as to why it was so much less. Upon my insistence that my refund was not co... read more
Wonderful experience from start to finish! They are very thorough and compassionate! My husband and I both had surgery here and now our teenage daughter.
Dr. Da Ponte just removed two of my wisdom teeth today. She and her staff, I'd like to mention Michelle in particular, and wonderful, fast, efficient, and comforting. Thank you for the professional and compassionate experience!
