They are nothing but scam artists. They will set your electric bill by the usage in your area. Not by the actual electric that you use. I have a wood stove and never use my central heat. Yet I still pay as much each month as my neighbors do. They are liars and thieves PERIOD. I have tried to work with these people on multiple occasions and still all I get are excuses to justify their outrageous bills. I've had outages and power surges for over 8 years. Idk why I pay so much if my power is always going out you need to prorate my shit or discount it. I swear every time I’m off work and me and my lady want to relax and watch a show or something this happens. Just bought a ton of food today just started my washer half way through the cycle boom a transformer blows. It’s like your product is held together with hopes, dreams and duct tape. Very inconvenient.
These people are INCREDIBLY difficult to work with. When I repeatedly asked for a supervisor's name, if I needed to call back, because the rep was clueless, the rep would not give me the name. She could not comprehend simple questions and had me confused about who I need to talk to for follow-up, Instead of helping, the rep said to have a nice day and hung up. I guess I will have to go in and just sit in the office. If you are not competent to answer questions, get the customer to someone who is.
