A fantastic company! Y’all did great job today getting the power back on after the storm!!!
Horrible customer service, horrible management, absorbent deposits.. I moved from a 4,000 sq ft house in Sapulpato a 2000 square foot house in Chelsea. My electric bill is twice s much. With no rhyme or reason.. Ripping of your fellow citizens is not very Christ like. They are a monopoly.
Lost power at 5;30am and temp was minus 7 degrees. The service tech Brandon Lee was at my gate around 6:00 and had power back on by 6:30. Fantastic service especially considering negative 23 degree windchill!
I want to give a HUGE Thank You to Jason Palmer of the Vinita Office!!! He was so very polite and explained things. You could tell he genuinely likes his job and likes helping people. He should get Employee Of The Month!!!! Thanks Jason Palmer!! You’re the best!!!
