This facility got me in promptly. Was educated on the methods, was treated very well. Even got a prescription for BC after. In the confirmation email it mentioned if I was a Cuyahoga resident $100 will be deducted, this did not happened and I bought it to their attention and they immediately refunded me the money. Very stratified thank you!
The staff was very accommodating and supportive. Everyone was very sweet and it was very easy to make an appointment! Highly recommend coming here for anyone that needs to.
The on call nurse was very kind and resourceful! I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of! The Dr was also very kind and informative. I recommend this center to any woman in need of their services!
Staff was super helpful and polite. They were able to get me in faster than anyone in my area. I felt reassured and respected the entire visit. Would recommend to anyone who is in need.
What an amazing experience, like a well oiled machine. In and out within an hour and incredibly efficient and loving. They have been doing this work for decades and have found ways to make this process go much quicker and effortless, even offering Zoom session at home.
