Very amazing experience! Put in a request for an appointment on Monday afternoon and was able to get in on Tuesday afternoon the next day! Everyone is so nice, patient, and informative and gave me all the information I needed. I felt very comfortable and wasn’t nervous at all. This place is amazing! EDIT: I write this email on a second account and not my main, I just realized lol!
Got me in quickly, everyone was very comforting and non judgmental. Made sure everything was easy to understand and showed they really cared about my health.
They were great! Was my first time no judgment they made sure I was comfortable and understood everything.

This facility got me in promptly. Was educated on the methods, was treated very well. Even got a prescription for BC after. In the confirmation email it mentioned if I was a Cuyahoga resident $100 will be deducted, this did not happened and I bought it to their attention and they immediately refunded me the money. Very stratified thank you!
