EXTREMELY rude staff. The attitudes of the staff and the owner or manager were distasteful. We asked simple questions because we were interested in adopting and the lady had the most rude tone I’ve encountered from a worker and was absolutely no help at all. Her demeanor was that they simply didn’t want our business. I felt that me and my family were being profiled because we were not allowed in together while there were families together right inside the door.
