I went to My Hearing Center because one of my 2-year-old hearing aids was barely working. The woman in the office (Theresa, I think) took care of the problem and replaced the wire and in the process made it fit better. She also helped me with the Signia app. All is well and I can hear.
Craig Campfield is a very nice Man and very helpful, he listens to me and explains everything about my new hearing aids. I am so happy with my new ones and just really think he is very very good. It's a very friendly place
I have found them to be friendly and willing to help.
