From my first visit I knew I found the right professional (Brent),to help me with my hearing loss. Before even offering to sell me aides, I was referred to an ENT to assess my situation. Upon concluding medical assessments I returned to MyHearing and was fitted with aides that best meet my personal needs and choices. Every follow up appointment has exceeded my expectations. From day one I have felt that my hearing health has been priority #1. Brent and Lori are so kind, considerate and professional.
Brent made adjustments that make hearing a bit better as far as noise. He explained some things so we understood them better. I am still having difficulty putting in my own hearing aids. Also now my ears itch with them in. We will have another F/U and hopefully these things will be solved.
Dr Studebaker & Lori are very nice. I'm not as impressed with the quality of the hearing aids and the charging case. The hearing aid wire has broken twice and the charger doesn't have a cover and the aids don't fit in snuggly and easily fall out. I would love to purchase the insurancs, since the wire has broken multiple times in first 6 months, but it is so expensive.
