I’m giving Avinas Women care a 5 star because of how amazing they have been to me and all of my friends and family that go here. Every-time I go in, I see the nurses/staff treating everyone with kindness and respect. I also want to make something clear, if waiting a while for your appointment to start, please remember that the Drs are also on call for when someone goes to labor. We had an appointment today to get my young adult daughter established as a patient. Making the appointment was easy and they got is in quickly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful while we filled out the paperwork. Beth was absolutely incredible. She explained so much and made everything comfortable. I also appreciated how she primarily spoke to my daughter, and didn’t ignore her in favor of mom. Really happy with our choice in providers so far!
I arrived early to my appointment at Avina’s Women Care with all my information ready, yet I waited over an hour past my scheduled time. During that time, I watched people who came in after me—some without appointments—get seen and leave before me. This made me feel singled out, and I believe my race played a role in how I was treated. Completely unacceptable
Absolutely amazing!
I’ve been a patient for the last couple of years and have mostly had great, simple checkups without issue. This month, however, I have had 3 separate issue with staff being curt, even slightly rude IMO. Women’s care is sensitive and I’d like more conpassion and care from my women’s dr and staff. I’m currently looking for a new practice.
