Went here with my first child. I was told my whole life i couldn't have kids and would have issues carring. Told Dr. JONES this multiple times and that I was high risk. He didnt believe me. I almost bled out in the middle of my pregnancy. My placenta was ripping off the wall. Leaving this review under a pseudonym. I was seeing Elizabeth Slates. I had recurring issues. I came in and thought I was getting full-panel screening done. I did not. I was positive for something, it was treated, the problems did not subside. This office made me feel like I was stupid. The front desk and NP Slates. As if I did not know my own body. I’m giving Avinas Women care a 5 star because of how amazing they have been to me and all of my friends and family that go here. Every-time I go in, I see the nurses/staff treating everyone with kindness and respect. I also want to make something clear, if waiting a while for your appointment to start, please remember that the Drs are also on call for when someone goes to labor. We had an appointment today to get my young adult daughter established as a patient. Making the appointment was easy and they got is in quickly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful while we filled out the paperwork. Beth was absolutely incredible. She explained so much and made everything comfortable. I also appreciated how she primarily spoke to my daughter, and didn’t ignore her in favor of mom. Really happy with our choice in providers so far!
