Worst place for returning calls
I had the BEST experience with Dr Kisiel she’s very caring and made me feel Im extremely important not only as a patient but as a human… this experience started by the support stuff at the front Leticia, Kaylie and Leslie. Again thank you words can’t explain my gratitude.
Professional, kind and thorough. Wait time is short and physicians listen.
The office staff need improvement. I needed my lab order faxed and after saying they would, they turned off the phone and left for the day. (Specifically the JOLIET office, hopefully the others are better)
The staff in this Dr office is very unprofessional especially a medical assistant who isn't even certified by the name of Kaylie. She thinks she is the boss and She is very unprofessional and rude in person and on the phone.
